While it was a difficult decision for me to make, I appreciate the work that David (NGIS) provided for me.  His rates were very reasonable.  I also appreciate the time he took to call me and discuss my case.  It was an extremely difficult time for me and David was very helpful and compassionate. I highly recommend NGIS.
